Now a days there is no value for B.Tech in India. Every year lakhs of Engineers are coming out from thousands of colleges. By chance or by parents force, many are going in this track even if they dont know about Engineering. After passing out from college, they are like fish coming out of water. Only 10% of Engineering Graduates are able to get campus selections and remaining have tough road ahead. Many may think, there is scarcity in offers. But in reality every industry is suffering from quality human resources. In India, there is huge gap between Industry needs and Academic training.
